Changes in our MANEOS team

Oh yes, we are extremely grateful for how our first full fiscal year has gone! We had the opportunity to have many exciting conversations with fascinating people, discover new things, make mistakes (and yes, there were a few naive ones too 🫣), learn together, and develop many interesting topics with sensational partners.

The journey remains thrilling! And along that journey, there are two changes in the team. On one hand, Laura is unfortunately leaving because she wants to focus more on her education as a teacher and her role as a mom. On the other hand, we were able to welcome Alexa, a former colleague, on board during the course of the year.

Laura was a key factor in getting MANEOS to where we are today. Especially in the founding and development phase, she was incredibly important and valuable with her open, curious, and questioning nature. She contributed to the proper development of our image and structure, to bringing the topic of “education” to the forefront, and to Patrick also addressing issues that he would otherwise have simply overlooked. But what we will miss most are her human qualities. So it is of course extremely sad that Laura is leaving us – even if her personal path is a wonderful one – you'll be missed! ❤️ A big Merci for everything, Laura.

Alexa is the newest MANEER on the team, although “new” is a bit of an exaggeration. She joined us behind the scenes a while ago and has been supporting us from time to time during her world trip - wherever she happens to be. Alexa is currently in Peru, living the perfect dream... surfing in the morning, riding horses on the beach at sunset in the evening, and working on her laptop in between. And because she is so incredibly good at what she does, we don't even notice it in our collaboration. The fact that Alexa can decide when, where, and how much she works reflects our collaborative model at MANEOS, which is based on a high degree of personal responsibility, autonomy, and trust. We are delighted that Alexa supports us in various projects and are grateful to be able to advance the further development of MANEOS with her!🥳 Thank you, Alexa, for refreshing our (virtual) everyday life with your reliable and positive manner.
