For the February issue of the personnel magazine, Patrick, not as a MANEER but in his role as a research assistant at MILAK ETH, had the opportunity to speak with Claudia Müller about how organizations can actively address demographic change.

The Swiss Army has a growing number of older employees, and the diverse needs of different age groups present a challenge. In a practice-oriented research project, in close collaboration with the Personnel and Organizational Development department of the Swiss Armed Forces, we are developing evidence-based recommendations for proactive age management.

Claudia's article provides insights into data, findings, and strategic context. We also share a toolbox with concrete measures for promoting age-independent work ability. The article is, logically, behind a paywall, but this issue on 'Successful Ageing' is generally very worthwhile. Contact us if you'd like to read it (in German only, I'm afraid).

And because the graphic accompanying the article is so nice, we're using it here (credit to: Personalmagazin).
