Understanding whether learning measures are useful
We evaluated the impact of a pilot project on innovative learning methods for different age groups. In doing so, we provided objective and data-driven decision-making for human resources and organizational development.

Leveraging the strengths of age diversity for digitization
We developed a training program for a bank to help employees learn with and from colleagues of different ages. This enabled younger employees to benefit from the strengths of older employees, and older employees to benefit from the strengths of younger employees—so that they could contribute to the digital transformation in line with the HR strategy.

We took a process-based and cultural perspective in the technical replacement of the IT Service Management (ITSM). In doing so, we placed people at the center of the further development of department for IT services.

We inspired the management team of the higher vocational school for rescue professions with a keynote speech on "impact" to integrate more impact-orientation into their daily work. This enriched the content of the workshop on establishing and expanding the quality management system.

Develop and living strategic measures
We led and structured the development of the city-wide digitization strategy and ensured the implementation of strategic measures, including indicators and processes, into operations. We thus ensured impact, consistency, and acceptance by supporting the entire process.

Embedding digital change in complex organizational systems
We adapted the electronic patient record (EPR) to the context of various healthcare facilities. In this way, we created a balance between digitization and the requirements of medical and nursing processes.

Structuring a legislative process
Using agile project management elements, we restructured the ongoing project to implement the nursing initiative and moderated it in iterations. This allowed the independent work packages to be aligned, resources to be used more effectively, and monitored at various levels.

MANEOS was founded in early 2024 as a manufacture for new and holistic perspectives. Our consultants bring decades of experience in transformation projects. As a consulting think tank, we look ahead, work evidence-based, and create well-founded yet actionable results. It is important to us that the things we and our clients do have an impact.
For us, this also means having a sustainable impact and creating added value for society. To this end, we support initiatives that contribute to social sustainability and work closely with organisations that share similar values.

About the founder
Patrick founded MANEOS because he is convinced that organizations develop effectively when they are able to make better decisions. For him, better means in particular, that he and his team create forward-looking, objective, and value-based perspectives. This enables organizations that work with MANEOS to find good solutions for today's and tomorrow's challenges that have a lasting impact.
Patrick has been involved in organizational development for over 15 years. In addition to his consulting work, Patrick conducts research as a research associate at MILAK ETH Zurich and as part of his doctoral studies at the University of Cologne. Through his research, he aims to better understand how organizations can mitigate demographic change to leverage digital transformation.
As an founding associate of the Cologne Evidence-to-Action Lab (CEAL) and a member of the transfer team of the European research network LeverAge, Patrick is also actively committed to bringing the scientific and practical worlds closer together.
