Future-Proof Personnel Development ('Age x Technology' Edition)

Technology is changing the way we work. How can organizations help their employees of all ages adapt to this?
In the video, I briefly explain what's important for supporting employees of all ages in their technology-related learning. In a nutshell: leaving common age stereotypes behind, and offer support that builds on the different (age-related) strengths of the employees.
This is how personnel development succeeds at the intersection of digital technologies and age-related differences.
Every month, the European research network LeverAge poses pressing questions to a researcher on the topic of 'Leading an aging and age-diverse workforce'. Within this framework, I was able to respond primarily as a labor researcher, but also based on my experience as a consultant in organizational and personnel development processes.
This duality is reflected in our collaboration with partners and clients. Evidence-based work is important to us, ensuring that both major and minor changes are supported in a well-founded, thoughtful, and impactful way. We currently assist various organizations in implementing future-proof personnel development, not only at the intersection of age and technology, but also in other areas such as skills, leadership, and collaboration.
